Try to find a description of your situation in the Documentation or Knowledge center section. Read the sections on light and sound indication especially carefully.

If the answer was still not found, then contact Sigur technical support. The engineer will diagnose and advise on your next steps.

We will examine the equipment and decide whether it is practicable to repair the equipment and how much it will cost.

UPON REQUEST

If requested, we will issue an invoice and ship new equipment to you.

How to return your equipment for repair

  • Download and fill in the Defect Report Form.
  • Please provide the contact details of the person familiar with the defect in question.
  • Send the equipment over to us for repair together with the filled-in Defect Report Form and filled-in warranty certificate (if applicable).
  • If the equipment turns out to be in a good operating condition or if the warranty does not cover the issue, the delivery will be paid by the customer.

Please describe the issue in the Description of the Issue field in as much detail as possible. The more detailed and accurate the description, the faster we can solve the issue.

Issues not covered by the warranty

  • The 5-year warranty period for equipment has expired.
  • The label with serial number on the equipment is missing or illegible.
  • The equipment has been damaged due to natural disaster, such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.
  • The equipment has signs of third-party repair or meddling with the installed software (firmware).
  • The equipment has signs of mechanical damage, burnt or missing components, damaged or burnt tracks on the printed circuit boards. The equipment has signs of exposure to high temperatures, rusting, ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids or insects inside the equipment.
