The event will take place from April 7 to 9, 2026, in Marrakesh, Morocco. GITEX Africa is the largest technology exhibition on the African continent, bringing together international companies, startups, and investors to exchange expertise, showcase innovations, and foster business development in the region.
This year, Sigur will once again take part in GITEX Africa. Viewing the exhibition as an important platform for systematic engagement with the region, the company aims not only to demonstrate its technologies, but also to build sustainable partnerships, discuss real-world projects, and define vectors for joint development with companies across Africa.
At the stand, Sigur will present a demo kit, featuring its flagship solutions, enabling visitors to clearly experience the Sigur ecosystem for building access control systems. This year, the company is also placing particular emphasis on biometric technologies. Visitors will be introduced to integrations with facial recognition and fingerprint identification, implemented in integration with Suprema, Sigur’s technology partner. The solutions will be demonstrated in real-time operation, allowing attendees to evaluate their application across facilities of varying scale – from commercial real estate to distributed infrastructure environments.
Participation in GITEX Africa 2026 is aimed at further developing Sigur’s presence in the region. The company plans to hold meetings with existing partners, discuss potential projects, and expand its distribution network, including the search for new partners and distributors.
