2023 was a really important year for Sigur: we changed approaches to key business processes, opened new production, expanded the market presence, participated in many events and launched a number of significant projects. But one thing remains constant for us – our values, chief among which are openness and comprehensive customer support.
Opening of new production and new locations
2023 – year of significant changes covering almost all Sigur activities. One of the most notable was the opening of a new production and logistics complex with an area of 1,700 sq. meters, including procurement and logistics department, service center, technical control department, production sites and warehouse of finished products.
In addition, we continue to develop the international direction and open new points of the company’s presence both in Russia and abroad. Thus, in 2023, an office in China and a representative office in Kazakhstan were opened: for our partners, this means a guarantee of uninterrupted supply and ease of communication with us.
Predictability and transparancy for Sigur are not just words, but basic principles of our work.
The opening of a new production facility and expansion of the company’s presence is another planned step towards customers, aimed at maintaining a high level of service and the company’s rapid growth rate.
Client services
Sigur's approach to interacting with partners remains unchanged throughout the brand's existence and is a key priority when making certain decisions. It is based on the desire to build long-term relationships based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
In 2023, we added several new useful options to our service portfolio. Now partners have access to services including support for implementation and comprehensive audit of security systems, allowing them to organize turnkey access control systems and ensure that the system brings real benefits to the business.
We work with people and for people, so we try to save their time as much as possible at all stages of working with us: from purchasing a product to operation.
An important element in the company’s ecosystem of services is the partner portal, launched in 2023 and designed to structure all processes of user interaction with Sigur products.
Now it is an effective tool with the following capabilities: registration of individuals and legal entities, management of e-mail-mailings of the company, registration of objects and equipment.multi-user access, ordering a call back and evaluating the work of Sigur specialists. Also in early 2024 we will launch a market place.
New approach to product development
During the year, we paid great attention to the development of the product area. The main strategic decision was to change the approach to interaction with users. We focused on creating specialized niche tools that allow us to solve specific tasks. The start in this direction was release 1.6. We have expanded the capabilities of the block related to providing guest access and the ability to generate QR codes.
In addition, we changed the order of release of new versions of software aimed at increasing the stability of the system: now we release them monthly. This helps us to respond to user requests much more quickly.
Caring about users is the main driver of all changes taking place in the company, in particular those related to the development of products.
This year we also made a number of individual improvements for specific projects. This is the main difference between Sigur and other market players – customer focus and a sincere desire to do better.
Participation in events
Events for us are an important communication channel that allows us to exchange ideas, experience, and receive feedback from partners and clients. In the past year, the company took part in about 40 events of various sizes.
We have traditionally become organizers of our own offline events, the central of which remains the IACC conference. In 2023, 450 representatives of the security industry met at one site – manufacturers, developers, integrators, installers and end customers.
Another important event was the Pro Security Conference. This year the conference was held in two locations – in Minsk and Almaty. The audience highly appreciated the format of the conference, which is confirmed by numerous positive reviews and high activity of visitors
During 2023 Sigur specialists also took part in various events of the security market including the Securika Moscow exhibition, Securex Kazakhstan, PRO Security Forum, IP Forum, All-over-IP.
This year Sigur experts have reached a new level of recognition of professional community: participated as jury members of the «Best Innovative Product» contest, gave numerous interviews, were invited as moderators and speakers of a number of key events – from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.
For us, this is an important indicator of the trust of industry professionals and an opportunity to share our competencies with colleagues.
2024 will begin for us with participation in the largest international exhibition Intersec, which will held in Dubai from January 16 to 18. It will be another opportunity to introduce the audience of the MENA countries to new brand developments, share experiences with colleagues and partners.
